Terms & Conditions 

Upon dropping off the machines, payment will be due. An invoice can be given upon request. 

We make one scheduled attempt to pick up the machine. Additional trips will incur a $25 additional fee. 

We supply two extra margarita mixes if asked for in addition to the two mixes included in your package. You will be charged $25 for each additional mix opened.

The customer is responsible for damage to equipment due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. The customer agrees to pay for any necessary repairs and incurred shipping charges. Equipment shall be returned to Running Margaritas in good condition with only wear from reasonable and proper use. The customer is responsible for loss or damage to equipment from theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, or any other cause. In accepting liability for the safekeeping of all rented equipment, the customer agrees to pay the replacement cost (as determined by the manufacturer’s current list price) of any such equipment that the customer is for any reason unable to return to Running Margaritas at the end of the rental period.
